The maximum number of entries may be 150 accepted in order of receipt.       

Acceptance of Entries:  All entries will be deemed accepted for this event unless the competitors are notified to the contrary.​

 

• Driver Sponsorship entry $550.00 (this allows advertising through event media and displaying your own signage at the event) 

• Driver Sponsorship with Carport $750 (this comes with a 240v carport – numbers limited)

• 2 Day Adult $390.00

• 2 Day junior $220.00 (Junior drivers must be at least 14 years if age as of 5/9/2026 and under 18 years of age as of 5/9/2026)

Payment required within 7 days from date of entry submission to keep entry position, position may be given to next entrant in the queue if payments are not received.

Entry must be made via the Hillclimb SA Jot form. It is NOT located on the Motorsport Australia Portal.

Refunds

 

Refund of Entry Fees shall be at the discretion of the organising committee.

• Withdrawal 14 days or more prior to the date of the event, the entry fee will be refunded.

     minus a $50.00 Admin Fee from the full refund.

• Withdrawal within 8-13 days prior to the event will be refunded at 75% of entry fee.

• Withdrawal less than 7 days prior to the event will be refunded at 50% of entry fee. 

• Withdrawals will be by written advice only to the Event Secretary.

 

The Organiser reserves the right to refuse an entry in accordance with the NCR.
